Purpose and scope

These terms apply to the HardMC website, account, Minecraft network and its digital services. By creating an account, a user confirms they have read the current terms and privacy revision.

HardMC is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Account and security

Users provide an accurate email address, protect their credentials and never access another person’s account. Suspected account takeover must be reported promptly.

A Minecraft account will only be linked using a one-time code issued inside the game server. Entering a nickname alone will never prove ownership of a player profile.

Network conduct

Users may not disrupt the service, bypass technical safeguards, use cheating modifications, distribute harmful content, impersonate others, harass people or infringe their rights.

Mode-specific rules will be published before network launch. Enforcement must be proportionate, recorded and appealable where applicable.

Paid services

The price, currency, duration and granted rights are shown before payment and frozen in the order. A service is delivered only after a verified payment confirmation.

HardMC does not sell administrator rights, item generation or pay-to-win combat advantages. Final refund and consumer terms will be approved with the seller details before payments are enabled.

Service changes and liability

Planned maintenance and material changes are announced in advance where possible. The service may be restricted temporarily during an urgent security incident.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. A rules change creates a new revision; material changes require renewed acceptance.

Contact and controller

A verified contact email will be published before registration and payments are enabled in production.
